Rooms & Rates Rates are for single or double occupancy (Room 204 accommodates 3 people), and do not include additional 9% Maine tax. All rooms have cable TV, air conditioning, private bath, and free wireless Internet access. For the comfort of our guests, The Central House is smoke-free and pet-free.

DepositsTo confirm a reservation, a deposit by Visa or MasterCard is required. Your credit card will be charged an amount equal to one night’s lodging, including tax. The remaining balance will be charged upon arrival.

CancellationsFor cancellations received at least 14 days prior to the confirmed arrival date, the deposit will be refunded, less a $20 administrative fee. Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the confirmed arrival date will result in forfeiture of the deposit. There are no refunds for late arrival or early departure.

Check-inCheck-in is from 3PM to 7PM. No early arrivals, please. If you will be arriving late, please call us so we can make late check-in arrangements, as our office is not staffed late at night.
